Cancellation Policy

All services offered are complementary spiritual practices. Reiki, Animal Reiki, Tarot, and intuitive guidance are not medical, psychological, veterinary, legal, or financial services and are not a substitute for professional care. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your well-being, choices, and interpretations. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. If an emergency arises, please reach out — care and flexibility are honored when possible. Payment & Refund Policy Payment is required at the time of booking. All sales are final once a session has been completed. Refunds are not offered for completed sessions. Subscriptions may be canceled according to the terms outlined at signup and will not be refunded retroactively. Distance Reiki Policy All Reiki sessions are offered remotely. You do not need to be still, focused, or actively participating during your session. Energy is offered gently and respectfully and is never forced. Animal Reiki Policy Animal Reiki is always consent-based and honors the autonomy of the animal. Animals may choose to engage, disengage, or show no outward response. All responses are respected. Animal Reiki does not replace veterinary care. Guardians are responsible for seeking appropriate medical treatment when needed. Crystals are never placed on animals. Respectful Engagement Policy This practice is rooted in care, consent, and mutual respect. Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of services without refund. Policy Updates Policies may be updated as the practice evolves. The most current version will always be available on this site.
